These terms apply to the use of the hellozlou platform by restaurants, beach clubs and other venues. Please read them carefully before purchasing a seasonal licence.
1. Seasonal licence
hellozlou is licensed on a seasonal basis, covering the Mediterranean season from June through September. Each licence is per venue and per season, and includes access to all features for the number of users and devices the venue needs.
2. What is included
Each seasonal licence includes:
- Menu setup, QR-code generation and table configuration.
- Access to the guest ordering flow, cashier panel, waiter app and kitchen/bar notification channels.
- Email and chat support during the season.
3. What the venue is responsible for
The venue remains fully responsible for collecting payment from guests, issuing fiscal receipts and complying with all local tax and accounting laws. hellozlou keeps the open tab per table but does not process payments, handle cash, or generate fiscal documents.
4. Acceptable use
Venues may use the platform only for lawful, bona-fide hospitality operations. Misuse includes uploading unlawful content, harassing users, attempting to bypass access controls, or using the system to process orders outside the licensed venue. We may suspend access for repeated or serious breaches.
5. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available during the season. Ordering requires an internet connection at the venue. We provide support during reasonable business hours and will use best efforts to resolve issues that affect live service.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, hellozlou's liability is limited to the amount paid by the venue for the current season's licence. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or issues caused by the venue's own hardware, internet connection, or misuse of the platform.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. If a material change affects the service, we will notify the venue at least 30 days in advance. The seasonal licence naturally ends at the close of the season; either party may terminate early for a material breach by the other.
