02 / How it works
Guest menu on a phone, scrolling through category cards
i

The guest scans the QR at their table.

They open the menu on their own phone — photos, allergens, calories, in their language. No app, no account.

Telegram notifications showing table orders and service requests with claim buttons
ii

The order lands instantly in the kitchen or bar.

No paper, no shouting across the floor, no wrong table. Each item routes to the right station.

Live floor plan with an open table sheet showing pending requests and the open tab
iii

A waiter claims it and marks it served.

Staff see every table on a live floor plan. Requests and bills surface in one place.

Cashier panel listing open tabs with items, tip and grand total
iv

The cashier sees every open tab, live.

Totals, tips, and close-outs in a single view. The owner gets the day's summary at midnight.

03 / What changes on the floor

Orders take themselves. Your team does the service.

One trip, not four

Card or cash, another round, the bill — the guest sends it from their phone. Staff arrive once, already knowing what the table needs.

Orders route themselves

Each item goes to the kitchen or the bar on its own. Nobody carries tickets across the floor.

Claimed tables are visible

When a waiter takes a table, the whole team sees it. Nothing gets served twice and nothing gets dropped.

The questions answer themselves

Wifi password, prep times, allergens, calories. The guest reads it on their own phone instead of waiting to ask.

Sold out means sold out

Mark an item gone and guests stop ordering it that second. No trips back to the table to explain.

The suggestion nobody has time to make

The venue picks up to three items and they appear in every cart, below the order. One tap adds one.

One view for the cashier

Open tabs, totals, tips and minimum spend in a single screen. Closing out stops being a reconstruction.

Every table is asked

Every guest is asked to rate the service, and one tap opens the venue's Google review page. More reviews arrive because the venue asks at all, instead of hoping guests remember later.

Ratings tied to the table

Every closed tab comes back with a rating attached to the table and to the prep time behind it. The owner hears about a slow round while the guest is still on the terrace.

Loved by teams.
Built for the floor.

On a full après-ski day, every minute counts. Orders, waiter calls and bills come through from the guest's phone, so the bar can keep moving without constant interruptions from the floor.

International guests used to create a lot of small questions during service. Now they can order in their own language, and our team can focus on getting the order right rather than translating it.

Closing the day used to mean checking open tabs across the entire terrace. Now everything is visible in one place, which makes the end of service much faster and much less stressful.

When the terrace is full, the team cannot afford unnecessary walks. Hellozlou keeps orders moving while our staff stays focused on the guests instead of crossing the floor all afternoon.

Questions
06

The practical things, answered plainly.

If you have a question that isn't here, reach out by WhatsApp or the form below.

Before you start

How long does setup take?

Within 48 hours. We configure your menu, photos, QR codes and notification channels before your opening week.

What hardware does the venue need?

Phones your staff already carry. The kitchen and bar need one phone in the notification group, or a browser tab on a screen you already have.

Will my staff actually use it?

One screen, no manual. A new waiter is productive within a shift — which matters when the whole team turns over every season.

On the floor

Do guests need to install anything?

No. The QR opens the menu in their phone's browser, in their language. Printed menus stay on the table for anyone who'd rather not scan.

Can I update the menu myself?

Yes. Prices, new items, sold-out marks — from your own panel, live in seconds.

Money and terms

Is there a commission per order?

No. One seasonal licence covers unlimited orders, every feature, every user and support for the whole season. 0% commission, always.

Do you handle payments or receipts?

No. hellozlou keeps the open tab per table; payment and fiscal receipts stay entirely on your existing register and POS.

What happens when the season ends?

Your menu, tables and QR codes stay configured. Next season you renew and go live the same day — the printed QR codes still work.

What about guest data and GDPR?

Guests don't create accounts. We process minimal order data for the venue and delete guest data after the season ends.
